Age & Group Requirements:
Guests must be 25+ years old to book. We do not accept bookings from student groups or singles under 25. This is a family-oriented home in a quiet, residential community.

Required Documentation:
All adults must provide a copy of their driver's license within 24 hours of booking confirmation. You'll also receive our House Rental Agreement and House Rules to review and sign.

Parking (Please Read Carefully):
The property accommodates 2 vehicles maximum—one large and one small-to-medium sized. The garage and driveway have specific size constraints typical of beachside homes. We strongly encourage carpooling, especially during peak summer season. If you have questions about your vehicle fitting, please message us with make/model before booking. Street parking is not available in our gated community.

Neighborhood Context:
West PCB is an active, growing area. Occasional construction noise may occur during daytime hours—this is typical for beachside communities and beyond our control.

Travel Insurance:
